Account and access
A FastyShop account is needed for purchases and for launching a shop. You can use one account as a buyer, as a seller, or in both roles.
The sections available in the cabinet depend on what you have already done in the service. For example, after seller registration, seller and shop settings appear in the cabinet.
What you want to do
- Sign in to the cabinet, if the account already exists.
- Create a buyer account, if you want to buy from FastyShop shops.
- Register as a seller, if you want to open the first shop.
- Restore your password, if the password does not work or you forgot it.
What is important to know
One account can be used for different actions. You do not need to create one account for purchases and another account for the shop.
During seller registration, FastyShop creates not only an account, but also the first data needed to launch a shop. That is why seller registration takes more steps than regular buyer registration.
If you are not sure yet whether you want to open a shop, you can create a buyer account first. Later, you will be able to move to shop launch from the cabinet when this option is available in your scenario.
