Buyer registration

Create a buyer account if you want to buy from FastyShop shops or do not plan to launch your own shop right away.

Who this guide is for​

This guide is for you if you want to:

  1. place purchases in FastyShop shops;
  2. see your orders in the cabinet;
  3. create an account without launching a shop immediately.

If you already know that you want to open a shop, use seller registration.

Before you start​

Open the registration page.

If the page has a mode switcher, choose Buyer.

What data you need​

Prepare the following for registration:

  1. country;
  2. phone number;
  3. email;
  4. password;
  5. password confirmation.

You also need to accept the required registration documents. They describe the service rules and data processing.

How countries work​

Currently, registration is available for Kazakhstan. Other countries may be shown as Coming soon. If a country is marked as Coming soon, you cannot create an account with that country yet.

FastyShop does not promise the launch date for other countries in this article. When a country becomes available, the registration interface will be updated.

Registration steps​

  1. Open the registration page.
  2. Select Buyer mode if this choice is available on the page.
  3. Select a country.
  4. Enter your phone number.
  5. Enter your email.
  6. Create a password.
  7. Repeat the password in the confirmation field.
  8. Accept the required registration documents.
  9. Press the account creation button.

If the data is filled in correctly, FastyShop will create the account and open the cabinet.

Password requirements​

The password must contain:

  1. at least 12 characters;
  2. Latin letters;
  3. at least one uppercase letter;
  4. at least one lowercase letter;
  5. at least one digit;
  6. at least one special character from !*@#$%^&+=_-.

Use a password that does not repeat your name, phone number, or a simple character sequence.

Result​

You will have a FastyShop account. With it, you can sign in to the cabinet, place purchases, and view your orders.

What to do if...​

The phone number is already registered​

Try signing in to the cabinet with this number. If you do not remember the password, use password reset.

The email is already registered​

Check whether you created an account earlier. If the account is yours, try signing in or resetting the password.

The password does not meet the requirements​

Check the password length and add the missing character: an uppercase letter, a lowercase letter, a digit, or a special character.

The country is marked as Coming soon​

Select an available country if it fits your scenario. If the country you need is not available yet, you cannot create an account with it.

The registration documents did not load​

Refresh the page and try again. Do not continue registration if the required documents did not open or you cannot review them.
