Seller registration

Seller registration is for you if you want to open a shop in FastyShop and are not signed in yet.

Currently, seller registration is available only for Kazakhstan.

Who this guide is for​

Use this path if you want to create immediately:

  1. a FastyShop account;
  2. seller legal details;
  3. the first shop;
  4. access to the seller cabinet.

If you only want to buy, start with buyer registration.

Before you start​

Open seller registration.

Seller buttons on the public platform may lead directly to this page.

Prepare account data, legal details, and information about the first shop. If you are not sure about the legal details, check them in advance. This article helps you go through the form, but it does not replace legal documents and does not provide legal advice.

What is created after registration​

After successful registration, FastyShop creates:

  1. an account;
  2. seller legal details;
  3. the first shop;
  4. access to the seller cabinet.

Seller registration works as a four-step wizard:

  1. Account;
  2. Legal details;
  3. Category;
  4. Shop.

What data you need​

For the account:

  1. country;
  2. phone number;
  3. email;
  4. password;
  5. password confirmation;
  6. acceptance of registration documents.

For legal details:

  1. business form;
  2. registration number;
  3. legal name;
  4. legal address.

For the shop:

  1. shop name;
  2. shop phone;
  3. shop email;
  4. acceptance of seller documents.

Step 1: account​

On the Account step, fill in the data for signing in to FastyShop.

  1. Select a country.
  2. Enter your phone number.
  3. Enter your email.
  4. Create a password.
  5. Repeat the password in the confirmation field.
  6. Accept the required registration documents.
  7. Go to the next step.

The password requirements are the same as for regular registration: at least 12 characters, Latin letters, an uppercase and a lowercase letter, a digit, and a special character from !*@#$%^&+=_-.

The password is not saved in the draft on the device.

On the Legal details step, specify on whose behalf the shop will operate.

  1. Select a business form.
  2. Enter the registration number.
  3. Enter the legal name.
  4. Enter the legal address.
  5. Go to the next step.

Available business forms:

  1. self-employed;
  2. individual entrepreneur (IP);
  3. limited liability partnership (TOO).

Some business forms require a 12-digit IIN or BIN. Check the number before submitting it so you do not have to correct the data later.

Step 3: category​

On the Category step, select the area for the first shop.

The category helps prepare the basic shop structure. For example, the selected area may affect starter content or the set of hints.

If the category list does not load, do not submit the form blindly. Refresh the page or try again later.

Step 4: shop​

On the Shop step, fill in the first shop data.

  1. Enter the shop name.
  2. Enter the shop phone.
  3. Enter the shop email.
  4. Accept the seller documents.
  5. Add starter content if it is available for the selected category.
  6. Finish registration.

The shop phone and email may be filled in from the account data. Check them before finishing registration: these contacts may be used to communicate with the shop.

Some of the entered data may be saved on this device as a draft. This helps avoid losing the form when the page is refreshed. The password is not saved in such a draft.

Result​

After successful registration, you will get access to the seller cabinet and the first shop. If you came from the pricing flow, after shop creation the interface may offer to move to plans.

What to do if...​

The phone number or email is already registered​

Try signing in to the cabinet. If you already created an account, you do not need to register again.

The country is not available​

Currently, seller registration is available only for Kazakhstan. If the country you need is not available, you cannot create a shop with it yet.

The IIN or BIN was entered incorrectly​

Check that the number has 12 digits and matches the selected business form. If you are not sure, compare it with your registration documents.

The documents did not load​

Refresh the page and try again. Do not finish registration if the required seller or registration documents did not open.

The categories did not load​

Wait a little and try refreshing the page. If the list still does not appear, contact support and mention that the problem happened on the Category step.

You are already signed in​

Check whether the cabinet has a path for launching a shop. If you are already signed in as a buyer, registering another account may not be needed.

Starter content was not added​

Continue setting up the shop manually. Starter content helps you begin faster, but the shop can be filled later.
