Cart and checkout

The cart in FastyShop belongs to a specific shop. If you opened another shop, products from the first cart may not appear next to products from the second shop.

How to Add a Product

Open the shop storefront, choose a product, and use the add-to-cart action if it is available. After that, open the shop cart and check:

  1. the right product;
  2. selected size, color, packaging, or another option, if the product asked you to choose one;
  3. quantity;
  4. price;
  5. total amount;
  6. available actions, for example changing the quantity or removing an item, if they are shown.

If the product is not added, refresh the page and check whether the product has become unavailable. It is better to clarify stock and product terms with the seller.

If the product option changed

Sometimes the seller changes a product after you already added it to the cart: for example, removes a size, color, or packaging type.

If the selected option is no longer available, the item may remain in the cart as a reminder, but it cannot be checked out. In this situation:

  1. open the product and choose an available option again, if the action is shown;
  2. or remove the item from the cart;
  3. then check the total amount and go to checkout again.

Do not place the order through a comment if the needed option is no longer in the product card. It is better to clarify availability with the seller or choose an available option in the interface.

What Made to Order Means

In the cart or at checkout, a product may have a Made to order badge. It means the product is not being purchased from current stock and will be prepared or made by the seller after checkout.

This usually happens when the product is out of stock, but the seller has enabled the option to accept orders for it.

Keep in mind:

  1. timing, material availability, preparation method, and order details are clarified by the seller;
  2. FastyShop does not promise an exact production or delivery date only because of the Made to order badge;
  3. if the product is still in stock, the system may limit quantity to the current stock;
  4. the current version does not have a separate order status only for Made to order products.

If the cart or checkout includes such a product, check your contact details and comment. The seller may need to contact you after receiving the order.

How to Place an Order

From the cart, go to checkout. At this step, the system may ask for:

  1. name;
  2. phone;
  3. email, if it is needed for contact or access;
  4. address, if the selected delivery requires an address;
  5. delivery or receiving method;
  6. payment method;
  7. a short comment, if clarification is needed.

Fill in only the data needed for the order. Do not write your password, SMS codes, full bank card details, CVV, bank passwords, or unnecessary personal documents in the comment.

Payment and Delivery

Payment and delivery methods depend on the specific shop. The seller configures what is available to the buyer.

Currently, FastyShop does not charge a card at checkout, does not accept payment for goods or delivery, and does not confirm payment automatically. A shop may use manual payment methods, for example payment on receipt, cash, or a seller invoice, if the seller has configured them.

The seller is responsible for the receipt or confirming document, product exchange, product return, or money refund for the order if that duty applies to their sale.

Before sending the order, check the instruction: when to pay, how to receive the order, and what to do if the seller needs clarification.

After Sending the Order

After sending the order, save the number, link, or other information shown by the system. This helps you find the order faster and explain your question to the seller or FastyShop support.

If the system offers to sign in and save the order after guest checkout, follow the prompts only on FastyShop pages.
