How to find a shop and product

A buyer usually enters a FastyShop shop through a link from the seller: from a messenger, social network, ad, business card, or the seller's website.

Open the link and check that you see the right shop: name, description, contacts, or other seller signs. If the page does not open, refresh it or ask the seller to send the link again.

Do not enter your password, SMS codes, or card details on a page only because someone sent you a link. Viewing a shop storefront usually does not require this data.

If You Are Looking for a Shop Through the Platform

Use the FastyShop sections that are available in the current interface. If the shop cannot be found through the general sections, ask the seller for a direct public storefront link.

A public shop link usually leads to a page like fastyshop.kz/shops/example-shop, but it is better to get the exact address from the seller.

How to View Products

On the shop storefront, you can open the catalog, categories, and product cards if the seller has published them. In a product card, check:

  1. name;
  2. description;
  3. price;
  4. images;
  5. stock or other terms, if they are shown;
  6. available actions, for example adding to cart.

If the product is not on the storefront, it may be hidden, removed from sale, temporarily unavailable, or not yet published by the seller.

FastyShop may count an aggregated product card view for seller statistics. The buyer does not see a view counter on the public card, and the seller does not see the buyer's personal data from that view.

If You Have a Product Question

For stock, price, package contents, timing, delivery, and other product terms, contact the seller first. FastyShop shows the storefront and helps place the order, but the seller sets the terms for a specific product.

If the platform itself does not open, you cannot sign in, or the page shows a service error, contact FastyShop support through an available channel.
