Products on the FastyShop homepage

The FastyShop homepage brings together products from different stores. Find a product here, then open its page at the seller's store to check the terms and place an order there.

Find a product​

  1. Open the FastyShop homepage.
  2. Enter a query in Find a product or store. Results update as you type. Press Enter or the search key on your phone to search immediately.
  3. If needed, select a category in the row above the products. These are store categories, rather than catalog sections within an individual store.

All products clears the selected category. Your search query and other filters stay in place.

Choose the product order​

Select the Sort icon and choose an option:

  • Most popular — the default order, based on views of the public product page over the last 30 days from different sources;
  • Newest first;
  • Lowest price first;
  • Highest price first;
  • Name, A–Z.

Your choice applies immediately and the window closes. Popularity here reflects product views, rather than sales or buyer ratings. Displaying a card in the feed does not count as opening the product page.

Narrow the results with filters​

  1. Select the Filters icon.
  2. Choose a Store category if you want to narrow the search.
  3. Under Price, ₸, enter From and To limits or leave either limit empty if you do not need it.
  4. Under Availability, choose Any, In stock, Made to order, or Out of stock.
  5. Select Apply filters.

Changes in the panel take effect only after confirmation. Closing the panel without applying discards the changes you made there.

To clear the panel values, select Reset, then Apply filters. In the feed itself, Reset filters clears filters immediately while keeping your search query and sort order. You can remove an individual condition using its label above the products.

Open the product at the seller's store​

Scroll through the feed: more products appear automatically. Search, sorting, and filters remain available at the top. The Back to the top of the feed arrow returns you to the start of the list.

The photo shows the price. For a discounted product, it shows the current price and discount percentage.

  • Select the photo or product name to open the product page at the seller's store.
  • Select the store name to open its storefront.

On the product page, check the price, availability, and seller's terms. Then continue to checkout in that store. Each store has its own cart and order terms.

When you navigate back from a product during the same session, your query, filters, sort order, loaded products, and feed position are preserved.

If you cannot find a product​

If you see No products found, refine your query or loosen the category, price, or availability conditions. Resetting filters does not clear the search query; edit it separately if needed.

If products fail to load, use Retry when it is available.
