Where to view orders

Buyer orders are linked to the shop where they were placed and to the account if you signed in or saved the order after checkout.

Orders in a Specific Shop

A shop may have a page or action for viewing your orders in that shop. Open the shop where you placed the purchase and use the available orders section, if it is shown.

If you do not see the order, check:

  1. whether the same shop is open;
  2. whether you are signed in to the account used for the order;
  3. whether you saved the guest order after checkout, if the system offered this;
  4. whether there is a mistake in the link or order number.

Orders in the Cabinet

The buyer cabinet may have a shared order list. It helps view purchases from different shops if those orders are linked to your account.

Use the sign-in page to sign in. If you do not have an account yet, you can open buyer signup. If the password does not work, use password reset.

Guest Order and Saving After Sign-In

If you placed an order without signing in, the system may offer an action such as Sign in and save order. Use it if it is shown after checkout or in a safe FastyShop scenario.

Do not treat this saving as guaranteed for all old orders. If the system does not offer to save the order, save the order number or link, and contact the seller about order contents, payment, and delivery.

Do not send your password, sign-in codes, or unnecessary personal data to the seller or open chats only to find an order.

What Order Details May Include

Order details may show:

  1. order contents;
  2. amount;
  3. order status;
  4. selected product options, for example size, color, or packaging;
  5. selected payment;
  6. selected delivery or receiving method;
  7. contacts or comments, if you provided them;
  8. available actions, if they fit the current order state.

If an action is not shown, this is not always an error. Some actions depend on the shop, order status, and current scenario.

Selected options in an order show the state at the time of checkout. If the seller later changes or deletes an option in the product card, the already placed order history should keep the old selected value.

Made-to-order items in order history

An individual product in the order may have a Made to order badge. It shows that this specific item was ordered as made to order: the seller will prepare or make it after receiving the order and will clarify timing and details with you.

The badge belongs to a specific item, not necessarily to the whole order. One order can contain different products, and each item should be checked separately.

Order history shows the item state at the time of checkout. If a product was purchased from stock, it should not later become Made to order in history only because storefront stock ran out or the seller changed product settings.

There is no separate special order status for Made to order in the current version. For readiness, payment, delivery, or cancellation, use the regular order statuses and seller messages.
