Report a shop
If you notice suspicious shop behavior or believe a shop is violating platform rules, send a report to FastyShop. The team will review the report and, if needed, apply measures under platform rules.
A shop report does not replace communication with the seller. Payment, delivery, package contents, exchange, product return, and money refund questions should be resolved with the seller first.
When to report a shop
Send a report if there are signs of a platform-rules violation, suspicious behavior, or risk for buyers. For example:
- the shop asks you to pay in a suspicious way or move from FastyShop to an unsafe external channel;
- the product or service description noticeably differs from what the seller offers;
- the seller does not fulfill the order and does not respond;
- the shop contains prohibited, unsafe, or misleading goods, services, or materials;
- the seller communicates abusively, threatens you, or misuses personal data.
If the question is only about delivery timing, a receipt, exchange, money refund, package contents, or product quality, contact the seller first. FastyShop can review the shop and apply platform rules, but it does not fulfill the order instead of the seller.

Why sign-in is required
The report is linked to your FastyShop account. This helps:
- connect the report to a real user;
- reduce spam and repeated reports;
- request details by account email or phone if needed.
If you start a report as a guest, the form will offer sign-in or signup. After sign-in, FastyShop returns you to the shop and opens the report form when possible.
Report types
The form lets you choose one type:
- fraud or scam;
- suspicious payment or request to move outside FastyShop;
- product or service does not match the description;
- order not fulfilled or seller is not responding;
- abusive or threatening communication;
- prohibited or unsafe goods/content;
- misuse of personal data;
- other.
Choose the closest option. If the situation does not fit any type, choose Other and describe what happened.
What to write in the description
Write briefly and clearly:
- what happened;
- when it happened;
- which shop or product is related to the situation;
- what you already tried;
- why you believe the shop behavior is suspicious or violates platform rules.
In the first version, the form does not accept files or screenshots. If FastyShop needs additional information or materials, the team will request them separately.
What happens after submission
After submission, the report goes to FastyShop review. If details are needed, the team will contact you by the email or phone in your account.
In the current version, the report status is not shown in the buyer cabinet. Buyer report history is not available in the cabinet yet.
Possible statuses
During review, a report may pass through several states. For buyers, they can be understood as:
Received— the report has been sent and registered.Under review— FastyShop is reviewing the report.Information needed— details may be needed from the buyer or seller.Resolved— a decision or measures have been taken.Closed— the review ended without additional action, for example as a duplicate or spam.
FastyShop does not promise an exact response time, automatic shop blocking, a money refund, product replacement, or delivery compensation just because a report was sent.

Do not include in the description:
- passwords;
- sign-in or confirmation codes;
- full bank card details, CVV, or bank passwords;
- unnecessary personal data of other people;
- documents or document photos unless FastyShop asks for them.
