Corporate orders
Corporate requests help companies find makers for gifts and merchandise in Kazakhstan, for events, employees or partners throughout the year. Suitable offers and winning an order are not guaranteed.
Where to start
- Companies: publish a request. You need a FastyShop account, but no shop.
- Makers: find a request and offer your terms. Responding requires your own eligible shop.
One account can act as both customer and seller. You do not need a second account for the other role.
After an offer, you can discuss the details, choose a maker and record the outcome, then leave feedback.
Who can see the data
The terms and published photos of an open, visible request are available to guests. Keep contacts, payment details and confidential material out of them. The company name is available after sign-in within the permitted request information; your account phone number and email are not shared automatically.
After search closes, the public card retains the last published text terms, but photos and their public links become unavailable. Hidden or archived requests are not publicly accessible. Participant history does not make them public.
Offers, conversations, outcomes and feedback are available to the relevant participants. Authorized FastyShop staff may access them where needed for permitted support and moderation operations. Feedback belongs to the original maker and shop for that particular collaboration. A new shop owner does not inherit a former participant’s private history.
Sharing contacts in a conversation is voluntary. Reading this help does not require sign-in.
Fees and FastyShop’s role
Publishing requests, responding, messaging and leaving feedback are free. FastyShop charges 0% commission in the corporate direction. This does not make all shop plans and services free.
You agree on payment, delivery and production directly. The platform does not collect payment, provide escrow or guarantee performance here. Selection and outcomes record the customer’s statements; they are not FastyShop’s confirmation of payment or quality. Reporting a violation does not guarantee a refund.
