Choosing a maker, recording the outcome and reopening search

Choose one maker​

The customer opens their request in the cabinet, goes to offers and compares terms. Open a suitable offer and discuss the details. Check that the terms are current, select Choose maker and confirm.

Selection closes search, but the work is still in progress. Other offers are not automatically marked as rejected. The selected maker can find the work in collaboration history; both parties can open the saved terms and previous conversation.

The shop name and offer are saved at selection. Later request changes do not replace the terms of that work.

Record the outcome​

The customer records the outcome on that collaboration’s page. In Work outcome, choose completion or termination and optionally add a comment. Select Report outcome, then confirm the action.

Work completed means the customer recorded completion; Collaboration stopped records termination of that work. The original selected maker can see the outcome and comment. Once confirmed, they cannot be changed through the interface. This is not FastyShop’s confirmation of payment or quality. Search stays closed.

Close search without selection is a separate request action; it does not create a completed collaboration. Feedback is a separate step after the outcome. Sending feedback does not end work.

If you need a maker again, use Reopen search when available. First complete or stop the current work. Editing text alone does not grant a hidden or archived request a new right to be published.

Review the current quantity, budget, date, receiving terms and other details, choose the photo selection and confirm reopening. No new maker is selected automatically. A higher position in the feed is not promised.

The previous selection, outcome and feedback remain in history. Makers need to review whether their earlier offers are still current. A new selection creates a separate collaboration; old feedback does not carry over. If an action’s outcome is unknown, use Check result first.
