How to discuss an order

A conversation belongs to a specific offer. The customer opens it from a received offer on their own request; the maker opens it from their own offer. Select Open conversation. After selection, both parties can open the same conversation from the collaboration page. This does not let you message an arbitrary shop.

Find existing discussions in Conversations in the cabinet. Check the request and participant; clear filters or use the unread tab if needed.

Send a message

  1. Enter text in Message. Contacts are optional; share them only if you choose to. Account contact details are not shared automatically.
  2. If needed, select Add photo. JPEG, PNG and WebP are supported, up to 10 MiB per photo and no more than 10 photos. After uploading, select Check file to refresh its processing status. If it is still processing, check again later. For a previously uploaded photo in the unfinished uploads list, select Add to message. Documents and video are unsupported.
  3. Select Send and wait for confirmation. You can send text, photos or both.

History loads in parts: use Earlier messages to read older discussion. Refresh messages checks for new messages manually while keeping your current input. New messages are not guaranteed to appear instantly.

If submission is not confirmed

Follow the displayed state and select Check send result first. Do not blindly send a new duplicate. Use Retry sending only when the interface explicitly offers it after checking; the retained text and photos belong to that attempt.

If temporary storage is unavailable, reloading may lose your input; the page warns you. If messaging is restricted or only history is available, you can read and refresh it, but continued sending is not guaranteed. Follow the sign-in or unavailable message if access is lost.

Participants and, where needed, authorized staff can access messages: data visibility. Payment and delivery are agreed directly.

Next: choose a maker and record the outcome. Back to overview.
