How to leave and read collaboration feedback

The customer can leave feedback after recording completion or termination of a specific collaboration. First record the work outcome. Each collaboration allows one feedback entry; reopening search does not transfer it to another maker.

Leave feedback

  1. Open your request, its history and the intended collaboration. Check the selected maker, shop and work terms.
  2. In Collaboration feedback, select Leave feedback.
  3. Select an integer score from 1 to 10 in Choose a score. Zero is not a score; leaving the field empty does not set one. Write the required comment, up to 2,000 characters.
  4. Select Send feedback. The Send feedback? confirmation opens; check the recipient, score and text. Only the final confirmation sends it.

After sending, you cannot edit or delete feedback through the user interface. Five stars display the ten-point score: for example, 9 out of 10 is 4.5 stars. You choose a number, not individual half-stars.

If submission is not confirmed, select Check submission status. This checks whether feedback was saved and does not submit it again. If it is not found and the page offers Retry this feedback submission, the retry uses the same score and text. Do not blindly create a new entry.

Read saved feedback

The customer sees it on that collaboration’s page. The original selected maker opens that work from their history to read the customer’s feedback. A new shop owner does not inherit private history.

Feedback is private: it does not appear on the storefront or contribute to an overall shop rating. The author, original maker and authorized staff where needed can access it. Who can see the data.

Feedback does not end work automatically. You can next reopen search. Overview · Fees and role.
