FAQ

This page helps you quickly find an answer and move to a detailed instruction. The main focus is sellers who are launching the first shop and learning the cabinet, storefront, catalog, orders, payment, delivery, tariffs, and support.

If you have a specific issue, not a general question, first open Common seller issues.

Account and sign-in

How do I sign in to the cabinet?

Open the cabinet sign-in page, enter your phone number and FastyShop account password. After signing in, you will see the sections available to your account: buyer sections, seller sections, or both.

Details: Sign in to the cabinet.

Do I need a separate seller account?

No. One FastyShop account can be used for purchases and for seller work. A separate account is only needed if you intentionally want to separate different roles or business processes, but it is not required for the usual scenario.

Details: Account and access.

What should I do if I cannot sign in?

Check the phone number, password, and sign-in page. If the password does not work, use password reset. If the cabinet does not open or seller sections are missing after sign-in, go through the quick access checks.

Details: Password reset and Account and access: common issues.

Where can I change account details?

Basic account settings are in the cabinet. If you are a seller and cannot find the needed section, open the seller cabinet map and check that you are signed in to the correct account.

Details: Seller cabinet and Account settings.

Seller and first shop

How do I become a seller?

If you are not signed in yet, use seller registration. Seller registration is currently available for Kazakhstan and creates an account, seller legal details, the first shop, and access to the seller cabinet.

Details: Seller registration.

Where do I create the first shop?

Usually the first shop is created during seller registration. If you are already signed in as a buyer and move to the seller scenario from the cabinet, follow the cabinet hints and then check the first shop with the checklist.

Details: First shop launch.

Can I have several shops?

Yes. The FastyShop model allows a seller to work with several shops. The ability to create a new shop depends on the current tariff, limits, and account state in the cabinet.

Details: Seller cabinet and Tariffs and limits.

What should I prepare before launching a shop?

Prepare account details, legal details, shop name, contacts, at least one category, and at least one clear product. A large catalog is not needed for the first launch. It is more important to check that the buyer understands the shop and can place an order.

Details: First shop launch.

Shop and storefront

How is the cabinet different from the storefront?

The cabinet is the seller workspace where you manage the shop, products, orders, payment, delivery, and tariff. The storefront is the public shop page on fastyshop.kz that the buyer sees.

Details: Shop and storefront.

In the cabinet, look for an action such as Open storefront, Public link, or Copy public link, if it is available for your shop. Usually the public shop address looks like fastyshop.kz/shops/<slug>.

Details: Public shop link.

Can I connect a custom domain?

Custom domains are not described in the current documentation as an available feature. Use the public shop link on fastyshop.kz and update it in social networks or messengers if the address changed.

Details: Public shop link.

Why is the shop not visible to the buyer?

Check the shop status, public link, filled details, legal profile, and whether the storefront opens from the cabinet. If the shop opens by direct link, it does not mean that it will immediately appear in the platform catalog or search engines.

Details: How to check the storefront after changes and Shop or storefront is not visible.

Catalog and products

How is a category different from a product?

A category groups similar products and helps the buyer navigate the catalog. A product is a separate card with a title, description, price, images, stock, and other details.

Details: Catalog and products.

How do I add a product?

Open the needed shop in the seller cabinet and go to product management. The current working scenario is a regular product. Digital products and services may be visible in the interface, but they are not described as a ready working scenario.

Details: Creating and editing a product.

Why is the product not visible on the storefront?

Check the shop, storefront, category, and the product itself. Most often the reason is related to the product or category status, archive, required fields, price, stock, or main image.

Details: How to check a product on the storefront.

Can I add a photo, discount, and stock?

Yes. A product card includes images, price, discount, stock, SKU, and descriptions. Before publication, check that the final price, availability, and main image are clear to the buyer.

Details: Images, prices, and stock.

How do I add a size, color, or packaging choice?

Use Choice variants in the product card. If similar options are needed for many future products in a category, you can first prepare a template on the category Choice variants tab.

A category template does not update existing products automatically. For a published or already created card, check options in the product itself.

Details: Product choice variants.

Are there product SEO settings, reviews, and ratings?

Manual product SEO settings, reviews, and ratings are not described in the current documentation as ready seller features. Do not rely on guaranteed SEO traffic or automatic reviews. If these features appear, they will have a separate instruction.

Details: How to check a product on the storefront.

Orders

Where do I view orders?

Orders for a specific shop are in the seller cabinet in the Orders section. If you have several shops, first make sure the correct shop is open.

Details: Seller orders.

What should I do after a new order?

Open order details and check items, amount, payment, delivery, buyer contacts, and available actions. Actions depend on the current order, payment, and delivery statuses, so not every action is visible in every order.

Details: Order processing.

Which buyer details does the seller see?

An order may include the buyer name, phone, email, address, or comment if these details are needed to process the order. Use them only for that specific order and do not move them to third-party databases without a lawful basis and consent.

Details: Contact with the buyer and personal data.

Are returns, disputes, and refunds available?

Returns, disputes, and refunds as a separate FastyShop process are not currently described in the documentation as an available feature.

If you are a buyer, contact the seller first about goods, receipts, exchanges, or money refunds. If you are a seller, check the order, your settlement process, receipt or confirming document, and contact the buyer through the saved contacts.

Contact FastyShop support for a platform error, order access issue, or complaint about platform-rules violations.

Details: What to do if there is an order problem.

Payment and delivery

Which payment methods are available?

FastyShop currently does not accept payment for goods inside the service and is not an acquiring provider. The seller configures clear payment methods for the shop. If a method requires a manual action, the seller performs it independently and updates the order in the cabinet when that action is available.

Details: Payment methods.

How do I configure delivery?

Open the settings for the needed shop and describe order receiving methods so that the buyer understands the terms before sending the order. If delivery requires an address, price, pickup, or separate agreement, state that directly.

Details: Delivery methods.

Is online order payment through FastyShop available?

FastyShop currently does not process online payment for goods inside the service, does not store goods in a warehouse, and does not arrange delivery for the seller. The buyer sees the terms configured by the seller in the shop, and the seller fulfills those terms independently.

Details: Payments and delivery.

What should I explain to the buyer before an order?

The buyer should understand the payment method, receiving method, delivery price, timing, or agreement terms in advance if they depend on the seller. Do not describe a manual transfer, invoice, or payment on receipt as built-in FastyShop payment.

Details: How the buyer sees payment and delivery.

Tariffs and limits

Which tariffs are available?

The current model has Free, Plus, and Personal. A new seller gets Free by default. Plus and Personal are needed when the starting capabilities and limits are no longer enough.

Details: Tariffs and limits.

How do I connect a paid tariff?

Paid tariffs are currently connected through a request and manual confirmation. The request does not charge money, does not enable the tariff instantly, and does not create automatic renewal.

Details: Plus and Personal requests.

Is online tariff payment or autopay available?

No. The current documentation does not include online tariff payment, automatic charges, recurring payments, instant activation, or automatic renewal. Check the actual current tariff in the seller cabinet.

Details: Tariff page in the cabinet.

What should I do if I reached a limit?

Open the tariff page in the cabinet and check which specific limit blocks the action. Usually you can reduce usage, delete extra drafts, or request Plus/Personal if the limit is needed for growth.

Details: Tariff limits and What to do if there is a tariff or limit problem.

Support and safety

How do I contact support?

The primary FastyShop support channel is support@fastyshop.kz.

Details: When to contact support.

How do I report a shop?

Open the shop page, click Shop details, then Report shop. If you are not signed in, FastyShop will offer sign-in or signup so the report can be linked to your account and details can be requested if needed.

A report fits a suspicious shop, possible platform-rules violation, prohibited or unsafe content, abusive behavior, misuse of personal data, and similar situations. For payment, delivery, exchange, money refund, or fulfillment of a specific order, contact the seller first.

In the current version, report history and status are not shown in the buyer cabinet. The form does not accept attachments; if additional materials are needed, FastyShop will request them separately.

Details: Report a shop.

Which details should I prepare for support?

Usually it is enough to prepare the account email or phone, shop name, page or section where the issue appeared, error text, and a safe screenshot. For an order, include the order number or date. For catalog, include the product or category name.

Details: When to contact support.

What must not be sent to support?

Do not send a password, sign-in or recovery codes, full documents without a protected process, bank cards, CVV, bank passwords, access to external services, or unnecessary buyer personal data. If a screenshot shows extra data, cover it before sending.

Details: When to contact support.

Is there phone support, online chat, or an exact response time?

The documentation does not promise phone support, online chat, or an exact response time. Write to support@fastyshop.kz and describe the issue briefly, without unnecessary personal data.

Details: When to contact support.

For buyers

Can a buyer place an order?

Yes. A buyer can open a shop storefront, view products, add a product to the cart, and place an order if the shop, product, payment, and delivery are available. Detailed buyer documentation is still minimal, so some details are explained in seller sections through how the buyer sees the storefront and checkout.

Details: How the buyer sees payment and delivery.

Does a buyer need an account?

A FastyShop account helps the buyer return to their actions and orders. Available scenarios depend on the current interface, so for sign-in issues use the general account section.

Details: Account and access.

Where does the buyer view an order?

Buyer instructions are still short. If the question is about a specific order, the seller views the working order card in their cabinet, and the buyer should use the actions and communication channels available to them for the order.

Details: Seller orders.

Future features and current limitations

Does FastyShop work in other countries?

The current documentation describes Kazakhstan, KZT, and scenarios available for this market. Russia, Belarus, payments, and legal readiness for other markets are not described as currently available capabilities.

Details: Seller registration and Tariffs and limits.

Are promo codes, automatic promotion, or marketplace traffic available?

Do not rely on automatic shop promotion, guaranteed traffic, or a ready promo code system in the current documentation. For now, a seller should use the direct shop link, a clear catalog, and their own communication channels.

Details: How to share the store link and Store improvement.

Is advanced analytics available for sellers?

The seller cabinet has basic Shop analytics: orders, statuses, stock, products in orders, and the Most viewed products block. A product card also has a Views section.

Views help you understand which public product cards were opened more often, but they are not unique visitors, not a guarantee of purchase interest, and not conversion calculation. Data updates approximately once an hour, and quick repeated opens of one card may not count as new views for about 4 hours.

Advanced marketing reports, end-to-end analytics, and seller-owned custom reports are not described as ready features in the current documentation.

Details: After the first orders, Creating and editing a product, and Seller orders.

Where can I see term meanings?

If a word such as storefront, shop, category, product, legal profile, or order status is unclear, use the glossary. It helps you read instructions faster without technical jargon.

Details: Glossary.
