Orders

Orders connect the buyer and the seller: the buyer places a purchase on the storefront, while the seller sees the order in the cabinet and processes it according to its current state.

If you are a seller​

Open the detailed section:

  • Seller orders - order list, order details, processing, payment and delivery statuses, contact with the buyer, and common issues.

If you are a buyer​

For the buyer, orders are connected with the account, purchase history, and actions on the shop storefront.

Start with these sections for now:

  1. Account and access - sign-in, registration, and password reset.
  2. For buyers - basic buyer actions.

Detailed buyer articles about orders will develop separately. Do not use seller instructions as a guide for the buyer: the seller cabinet has different actions, statuses, and responsibilities.
