Cabinet home
After signing in, you enter the general FastyShop cabinet. This is not a separate seller page, but the main area of your account.
The same account can be used for purchases and sales. Because of this, the cabinet home can show both buyer sections and seller entry points.
What to look for on the home page
If you already have seller access, look for links to:
- seller area;
- store list;
- latest or main store;
- account settings;
- orders, if they are available in the current interface.
If you have just created a store, the cabinet can offer to open it or continue setup.
How to go to the seller area
Open the seller section from the cabinet home, side navigation, account menu, or store card if it is shown.
In the seller area you can find:
- seller profile;
- legal profiles;
- store list;
- tariffs and limits;
- links to specific stores.
If you do not see seller sections, check whether you completed seller registration or store creation.
How to open a store
If you have one store, the cabinet can take you directly to its work page.
If you have several stores, first choose the needed store in the store list. Inside the selected store, work sections appear: overview, dashboard, categories, products, orders, and settings.
You do not need to remember technical store numbers. In everyday work, use the store name and its public link.
Store home in the seller cabinet
The store home is the work page for a specific store inside the seller cabinet. It helps you quickly understand what is already ready for buyers and what still needs review.
On the store home you can:
- open the storefront and view the store as a buyer;
- go to all products;
- find a product through search;
- open category management;
- see published categories and products that already participate in the public catalog;
- return to the shop launch checklist if the store is still being prepared for first orders.
If the needed category or product is missing from the home page, it is not always an error. Check whether the category and product are published, whether they are in archive, and whether the product belongs to the correct category.
The next step depends on the situation:
- if the store is empty, start with first shop launch;
- if you need to set up the catalog structure, open product categories;
- if you need to add or review a product card, open creating and editing a product;
- if the catalog is ready, check payment and delivery.
If you opened the wrong place
Sometimes after signing in you may be in the general cabinet area, not on a store page.
This is normal. Open the seller section or the store list and choose the needed store. If you wanted to view the store as a buyer, use the action that opens the storefront.
