Mobile navigation

The FastyShop cabinet is designed for phone use. On a small screen, part of the navigation becomes shorter so the main actions stay close at hand.

What is usually visible at the bottom​

Inside a store, bottom navigation can show the main work sections:

  1. overview;
  2. orders;
  3. products;
  4. dashboard.

This set helps quickly check the store, products, and new orders.

Where to find other sections​

Not all sections fit into bottom navigation.

If you do not see the needed item, check:

  1. page menu;
  2. store title;
  3. store overview;
  4. store settings;
  5. account menu;
  6. seller area.

For example, categories, storefront settings, legal profiles, and tariffs can open not from the bottom bar, but through the menu, overview, or settings.

How to return to a store​

If you went to account settings or the seller profile, return to the seller area and open the store list.

If you are on the public storefront, it is no longer the cabinet. Return to the cabinet through the browser tab, the back button, or cabinet.fastyshop.kz if it is available.

Tips for working from a phone​

  1. Before making changes, check the store name.
  2. After changing the storefront, open it as a buyer.
  3. Do not fill in long product cards on the go if you are afraid of losing internet.
  4. If an action is not visible, first look for it in the store overview or settings.
  5. If a page looks too long, scroll to the end: important actions can be lower on the page.
