Seller and store navigation
The cabinet has general seller sections and sections for a specific store. They look similar, but they solve different tasks.
Seller area
The seller area relates to you as a FastyShop participant, not to one specific store.
It usually contains:
- seller profile;
- legal profiles;
- store list;
- store creation;
- tariffs and limits.
If you want to change seller data or view all stores, start from the seller area.
Specific store
A store is a separate work area. Inside it, you manage everything related to this storefront and its orders.
Main store sections:
| Section | What it is for |
|---|---|
| Overview | Quick access to main store actions. |
| Dashboard | Shop analytics: orders, stock, products in orders, and most viewed products, if data is already available. |
| Categories | Catalog structure and category properties. |
| Products | Product or service cards, publication, and storefront data. |
| Orders | Order list, order details, and seller actions. |
| Settings | Store data, storefront, checkout, and related settings. |
If an action relates to products, orders, or the storefront, first make sure the correct store is open.
How to choose a store
Open the store list and choose a store by name. If you have one store, the list can still be useful: it helps check that the store exists and is available.
If you manage several stores, do not edit data blindly right after signing in. First check the store name in the page title or navigation.
How overview differs from settings
Overview helps quickly go to common actions: products, categories, orders, storefront, or settings.
Settings are needed when you change store data, storefront appearance, checkout terms, or other parameters of a specific store.
If you are not sure, start from the store overview. From there it is easier to understand where to go next.
