Store settings
Store settings relate to the selected store. They do not change the whole account and do not replace the seller profile.
Before making changes, check that the right store is open. This is especially important if you have several stores.
Which settings can exist
In the cabinet, there can be separate links for different parts of the store:
| Area | What to check there |
|---|---|
| Store data | Name, description, contacts, category, and basic information. |
| Storefront | Public link, appearance, and store display parameters. |
| Checkout | Delivery methods, payment methods, and data the buyer will see during order placement. |
| Product card | How a product looks on the storefront, if this setting is available. |
Not all settings have to be on one page. If you do not see the needed item, return to the store overview or open the store settings section.
Store data
Store data helps the buyer understand who they are buying from.
Check:
- store name;
- contact phone;
- email;
- description;
- legal link, if it is shown;
- store public link.
This topic is described in detail in Shop and storefront.
Storefront
The storefront is the public store page on FastyShop. The buyer sees it before purchase.
In storefront settings, check how the store is presented to the buyer. Do not confuse the storefront with the cabinet: you see the cabinet, and the buyer sees the storefront.
After changes, open the storefront as a buyer and check the result.
Checkout
Checkout settings help the buyer choose how to receive the order and how to pay.
FastyShop shows the buyer the terms you entered in the cabinet, but in the current beta period the payment and delivery process itself can remain a manual agreement between the seller and the buyer.
See Payments and delivery for details.
Product card
If the cabinet has product card settings, they relate to how the product will look on the storefront.
Product content, price, photos, and publication are described separately in Catalog and products.
