What to do if you cannot find a section

This page helps quickly understand where to go if you get lost in the seller cabinet.

You do not see the seller section

Check that you signed in to the right account and completed seller registration or store creation.

If you signed in as a regular buyer and have not launched a store yet, first complete seller registration or the path to the first store.

You do not see the store

Open the seller area and the store list.

If the store is not there:

  1. check whether store creation was completed;
  2. refresh the page;
  3. sign out and sign in again if the session may have expired;
  4. contact support if the store was created but is not shown.

You do not understand where store settings are

First open the needed store. Then look for the Settings section, store overview, or actions next to store data.

Do not look for store settings in account settings. Account settings relate to you as a user, while store settings relate to a specific storefront.

You cannot find tariffs

Tariffs and limits relate to the seller, not to one product or order.

Look for them in the seller area or on the tariff page in the cabinet. Details: Tariffs and limits.

You do not see categories, products, or orders

Check that a specific store is open.

Categories, products, and orders relate to the store. If you are on the general cabinet home or in the seller profile, these sections may be absent from the current navigation.

You accidentally opened the public storefront

The public storefront shows the store as the buyer sees it. You cannot manage products, orders, or settings there.

Return to the cabinet and open the needed store. If you were checking changes, compare the storefront with what you configured in the cabinet.

You do not understand where to change personal data

Look for personal data in account settings.

Seller data, legal profiles, and store data are in other sections. If the data should be visible to the buyer on the storefront, it is most likely not account settings, but the seller profile, legal profile, or store settings.
