Store link
The store public link is the address where a buyer opens your storefront. You can send it in private messages, place it in a social profile, or add it next to a product description.
The link itself does not create buyers by itself. It helps move an interested buyer from a chat, post, or messenger to a clear storefront with products and ordering.
Before sharing the link
First check that:
- the store opens by its public link;
- the storefront has no unfinished or internal data;
- the products you want to show are published;
- payment and delivery terms are clear;
- contacts are current;
- the storefront was checked from a phone.
If you have not checked the storefront yet, start with Buyer-view check.
Where to use the link
You can place the link where buyers already see your products or ask questions:
- in an Instagram or Threads profile;
- in a post or story description if the platform format allows it;
- in a private message to a buyer;
- in WhatsApp or Telegram;
- in a pinned channel or chat message;
- in a short answer to a question about stock, price, or assortment.
Check each platform's rules separately. FastyShop does not control how social networks or messengers display external links.
What to write next to the link
The link works better when it has short, clear text next to it.
Examples of neutral wording:
You can view current products and place an order here:
<store link>
I updated the storefront: it has photos, prices, and stock.
<store link>
To order, open the product card and check payment and delivery terms:
<store link>
Do not promise next to the link what is not on the storefront: instant delivery, a discount, stock, or special terms if they are not shown in the store.
Link in a private message
When a buyer asks a product question, the link helps you avoid retelling everything manually.
You can send it like this:
- answer the question briefly;
- give a link to the store or a specific product, if it is available;
- ask the buyer to check photos, price, stock, and terms;
- clarify that the order is placed through the storefront.
If after receiving the link the buyer asks the same thing again, add the answer to the product card or store terms.
Link in a profile
If you sell through a social network, a profile link can become a steady path to the current storefront.
Check that:
- the link leads to the correct store;
- the profile text explains that products can be viewed by the link;
- the storefront has a current assortment;
- old links in descriptions or saved messages are updated if the address changed.
If the store address changed, check Store public link.
What the link does not promise
A public link does not mean that:
- the store will automatically appear in search;
- FastyShop will bring buyers from ads;
- the link itself will bring more orders;
- the social network will show the post to more people;
- the buyer will not ask clarifying questions.
The link helps bring an interested buyer to the storefront. The seller is responsible for the clarity of products, terms, and communication.
What to improve after publishing the link
After you start sending the link, watch for repeated situations:
- buyers ask the same thing about a product;
- buyers do not understand delivery or payment;
- buyers open the card but clarify price or stock;
- buyers ask for additional photos;
- buyers do not reach the order because a step is unclear.
These signals help you understand what to update in product cards, the storefront, or terms. The next step is described in After the first orders.
