Public trust mark

The public trust mark helps the buyer understand that FastyShop has checked the seller's documents within the current process.

The exact wording of the mark is:

Seller documents verified

Use this wording. It is more accurate because verification applies to the seller's documents, not to the quality of every product or to the shop's work as a whole.

Where the buyer may see the mark​

If the mark is available for a shop, the buyer may see it on public shop pages or near seller information.

The exact display location may change as the storefront develops. The meaning of the mark remains the same: seller documents connected with the legal profile have been verified.

What the mark means​

The mark means that FastyShop has checked the seller's documents within the current verification process.

It helps the buyer distinguish a shop with verified seller documents from a shop where such documents have not been verified yet or where verification is no longer current.

What the mark does not mean​

The Seller documents verified mark does not mean that:

  1. FastyShop guarantees product quality;
  2. FastyShop guarantees delivery;
  3. FastyShop guarantees product availability;
  4. FastyShop confirms every product description;
  5. FastyShop is a party to every promise the seller makes to the buyer;
  6. the seller receives legal or tax advice;
  7. any seller's shop automatically receives the mark forever.

The buyer still evaluates the product, purchase terms, delivery, and communication with the shop separately.

Why the mark may disappear​

The mark may not be shown or may disappear if:

  1. documents have not been verified yet;
  2. the legal profile changed and requires verification again;
  3. verification is no longer current;
  4. the shop is connected with another legal profile;
  5. the current business form or details are not suitable for showing the full mark in the current version;
  6. the cabinet has a restriction or an action that the seller needs to complete.

How to keep the mark current​

To avoid losing buyer trust:

  1. keep legal details up to date;
  2. do not change verified details without a need;
  3. check which legal profile the shop is connected to;
  4. submit corrections if the cabinet asks for them;
  5. do not promise buyers more than the mark itself means.

What to do if...​

The mark is not shown publicly​

Open Seller verification and check the application status. Then check which legal profile the shop is connected to.

If documents are verified but the mark did not appear, refresh the storefront page and check later. If the problem repeats, contact support.

Check whether verification is required again. If the cabinet offers to submit details for verification, prepare the documents and submit the application.

A buyer asks what the mark means​

Explain calmly: FastyShop checked the seller's documents. This is not a guarantee of product quality, delivery, or the result of the transaction.

The interface uses different wording​

Focus on the meaning of Seller documents verified. If the interface text seems broader or less clear, do not use it as a promise to the buyer.
