Document verification
Document verification helps confirm that the seller's legal details are filled in correctly and match the documents.
It does not mean that FastyShop checks product quality, product availability in stock, delivery, or every promise the seller makes to the buyer.
Where to check the status
In the cabinet, open the Seller verification section.
There you can see whether there is an active application, which actions are available, and what needs to be done next.
Before you start
Before uploading documents, check that:
- the seller profile is opened in the right account;
- the legal profile is filled in carefully;
- the legal form is selected correctly;
- the registration number matches the documents;
- the legal name and address do not contain mistakes;
- the documents belong to the same person or company as the legal profile.
If there is a mistake in the legal profile, correct it first. Do not submit an application if you already see a mismatch.
How to start an application
Open Seller verification and select the action to start or continue the application if it is available.
As part of the application, the cabinet may ask you to upload documents and check the details before submission. Upload only documents that belong to your legal profile.
After submission, the application moves to review. While it is under review, editing documents or legal details may be unavailable.
What the main states mean
No application
The application has not been created yet. Check the legal profile and start verification if the action is available.
Draft
The application has been started but not submitted yet. You can calmly check the details, upload the needed documents, and submit the application when everything is ready.
Under review
The application has been submitted and is waiting for a decision. In this state, some actions may be unavailable so that details do not change during review.
You do not need to submit a new application again if the current one is already under review.
Corrections needed
FastyShop asks you to correct details or documents. Open the application, read the hints in the cabinet, and submit corrections if the action is available.
Do not upload random files. Correct exactly what is shown in the cabinet.
Verified
Documents have been verified within the current FastyShop process. The public Seller documents verified mark may become available for the shop if the other conditions are also met.
Read more about the meaning of the mark: Public trust mark.
Rejected
The application did not pass verification. This does not automatically mean the account or shop is blocked, unless the cabinet clearly shows a restriction.
Open the application and check whether you can submit corrections or create a new application. If the reason is unclear, contact support.
Verification stopped, expired, or withdrawn
If the cabinet shows that verification has been stopped, expired, or withdrawn by the platform, follow the actions on the application page. Usually, you need to check whether the details are still current and start a new step if it is available.
Verification and shop work
Document verification by itself should not be understood as a ban on using the account or shop, unless the current interface clearly shows a restriction.
At the same time, verified documents can affect public trust in the shop. If documents are not verified or details have changed, the trust mark may not be shown.
What to do if...
You do not understand which documents are needed
Follow the hints in the cabinet. If the hints are not enough, contact support and describe your business form and the page where you stopped.
Do not submit documents of another person or company.
The application requires corrections
Open the application, carefully read what needs to be changed, correct the details or documents, and submit the application again if the action is available.
Verification is rejected
Check the reason in the cabinet. If you can submit corrections, prepare the details again. If the action is unavailable or the reason is unclear, contact support.
The application is under review, but details changed
Check whether you can withdraw the application. If there is no such action, wait for the result or contact support. Do not create a new application without a clear reason.
Documents are not uploading
Check the file and try uploading it again. If the error repeats, try another supported file if the cabinet shows file requirements. If the problem remains, contact support.
