Seller orders
An order appears after a buyer places a purchase on the shop storefront. For a seller, an order is a working card that brings together products, amount, buyer contacts, payment, delivery, comments, and change history.
Orders for a specific shop are viewed in the seller cabinet in the Orders section. If you have several shops, first make sure the right shop is open.
How to work with an order
The usual flow is:
- open the order list;
- look at new orders and orders that need attention;
- open the order details;
- check the items, amount, payment, delivery, and contacts;
- contact the buyer if needed;
- perform an available action in the order;
- check that the status and history changed as expected.
Available actions depend on the current order state. One order can be accepted or taken into work, while those actions may already be unavailable in another order.
What this section includes
Read the pages in this order:
- Order list - where to view orders, and how tabs, search, filters, and list refresh work.
- Order details - what is inside an order and how to read the main blocks.
- Order processing - which actions a seller can perform and why they change.
- Payment and delivery in an order - how to understand payment and delivery statuses inside one order.
- Contact with the buyer and personal data - how to use contacts carefully and only for their intended purpose.
- What to do if there is an order problem - quick answers for common situations.
What this section does not include
This section does not cover in detail:
- the buyer's path after placing an order;
- placing a guest order or linking an order to a buyer account;
- setting up payment and delivery methods;
- returns, disputes, and money refunds as a separate process;
- automatic notifications to the buyer or seller.
Product and category setup is described separately in Catalog and products. Payment and delivery terms are described in Payments and delivery.
Main rule
Work with the order based on the current data in the cabinet. If an action is unavailable, first check the order status, payment, delivery, and hints in the order details.
