Order details
Order details show more information than the card in the list. Open an order from the order list to check the contents, amount, buyer, payment, delivery, comments, and history.
Order summary
The summary usually shows:
- order number;
- current order status;
- amount;
- creation date;
needs attentionmark, if the order needs your step.
The summary helps quickly understand whether you can move to processing or need to check the details first.
Buyer
The Buyer block helps you contact the person who placed the order.
It may include:
- buyer name;
- phone;
- email, if the buyer provided it;
- a contact action, if it is available.
Use this data only to process the specific order. This is described in more detail in Contact with the buyer and personal data.
Order contents
The Order contents block shows the products the buyer selected during checkout.
Check:
- product names;
- quantity;
- price;
- total amount;
- product or order comments, if there are any.
The contents and prices in the order belong to the moment of purchase. If you later changed a product in the catalog, an already created order may keep the previous purchase data.
Payment
The Payment block shows what is known about payment for the specific order.
For example, an order may be waiting for an invoice, waiting for payment confirmation, paid, or canceled by payment. Detailed payment method settings are in Payments and delivery.
Delivery
The Delivery block shows how the order will be received and its current status.
Depending on the order, it may show pickup, delivery, or that delivery is not needed. If there is an address or delivery comment, check it before processing.
Comments
Comments help clarify order, delivery, or address details.
If there is no comment, that is normal. Not every buyer leaves an additional message.
Order history
Order history shows what happened to the order: creation, seller actions, status changes, and other important events.
If you do not understand why the order is currently in this state, start with the history.
Order actions
Available actions are shown in the order details. They depend on the current order, payment, and delivery state.
Not every action is available for every order. If an action disappeared after refresh, the order may already have changed.
What to do if...
There is no email in the order
This can be normal if the buyer did not provide an email. Use the available phone or another contact action, if there is one.
Order contents differ from the current catalog product
Use the data inside the order. It belongs to the purchase the buyer already placed.
The history is unclear
Check the latest events from top to bottom or bottom to top, depending on how they are shown in the cabinet. Then look at available actions and current statuses.
