Order list
The order list helps you quickly understand what is happening in the shop: which orders are new, which are already in work, which are ready to hand over to the buyer, and which are completed or canceled.
Open the right shop in the seller cabinet and go to Orders.
What the list shows
The list shows orders only for the current shop. This matters: if you have several shops, orders from another shop must not be mixed with the current one.
An order card usually shows:
- order number;
- buyer;
- amount;
- payment state;
- delivery state;
- short order contents;
- latest comment, if there is one;
needs attentionmark, if the order needs an additional step from you;- next step, if the cabinet shows it.
Click the card to open order details.
Order tabs
Tabs help quickly filter orders by meaning:
All- the full order list.New- orders that still need to be checked.In work- orders that have been accepted or are being processed.Ready- orders prepared for pickup, delivery, or completion.Completed- orders where the work is finished.Canceled- orders that were canceled or rejected.
If you do not see the order you need, first open the All tab, then check search and filters.
Order search
Use Order search when you need to quickly find a specific order.
Usually you can search by:
- order number;
- buyer name;
- phone;
- email, if it is provided.
If search shows nothing, clear the search field and try a shorter fragment.
Order filters
Order filters help narrow the list.
Check filters by:
- payment;
- delivery;
- delivery method;
- dates;
Only needs attentionmark.
If the list became empty, it is not always an error. The selected filters may be too narrow.
Sorting and refresh
Sorting helps choose the list order. For example, you can view new orders first or orders with a higher amount first.
The refresh button is used to manually request a fresh list. Do not rely on the list always updating by itself in the same second.
Quick actions
The list may show quick actions, but they are not always available. If an action is hidden or unavailable, open the order details and check the current status.
Available actions depend on the order, payment, and delivery state.
What to do if...
A new order did not appear
Refresh the list, open the All tab, and clear filters. If the order is still not visible, check that the right shop is open.
Filters show nothing
Remove some filters or use filter reset if that action is available. Then try to find the order through search.
A quick action is unavailable
Open the order details. The order may already have changed, may have been canceled by the buyer, or may require another action first.
