Shop and storefront

The shop is the working part of FastyShop that you manage in the seller cabinet. It stores shop details, contacts, status, legal connection, and settings.

The storefront is the public shop page on fastyshop.kz that the buyer sees. On the storefront, the buyer gets to know the shop, views products, opens the cart, and places an order.

What is included in this section

Read the pages in this order:

  1. Shop details - which details belong to a shop and where to check them.
  2. Public shop link - how the storefront address works and how to send it to a buyer.
  3. Storefront settings - what you can configure for the public shop page.
  4. How to check the storefront after changes - a simple checklist before sending the link to buyers.

If you are only preparing your first shop, start with First shop launch, then return to this section.

What is not included in this section

This section does not cover in detail:

  1. creating categories and products;
  2. filling in a product card;
  3. processing orders;
  4. delivery and payment;
  5. buyer sign-in from the storefront.

These topics are described separately so the basic storefront setup is not mixed with catalog, order, and buyer scenarios.

The buyer sees the storefront, but trust in it depends on more than its appearance. The shop name, contacts, legal profile, shop status, and seller document verification all matter.

If you have not checked legal details yet, open Seller profile and legal details. It explains what the public Seller documents verified mark means.

Main rule

FastyShop helps you quickly prepare a neat storefront, but the structure of the public page remains managed by the platform. The seller manages important shop details and the allowed settings.
