Link page
A link page brings together your shop’s contacts, buttons and selected products at /links/<shop address>. It is a separate page: the storefront with a catalogue and checkout lives at /shops/<shop address>. Copy the address provided in the cabinet when sharing it with a customer.
The section becomes available after it is enabled for your shop. If it is missing from the menu, contact support.
Setup
Select the shop and open its link page in the cabinet. Profile fields can inherit shop data. A custom value overrides the inherited field; restoring inheritance returns to the shop value. Check public contacts before saving. Use your own contacts or contacts lawfully provided to you: accepting the rules does not replace another person’s consent.
Add buttons, select products and set their order. Hidden and unavailable items are not shown to visitors. The cabinet displays your exact limits and warnings: the public page has an upper bound of 15 buttons and 20 products, while your available quota depends on the plan. After a downgrade, some items may be hidden by the new limits; saved settings and history remain.
Check and publish
- Save changes to the profile, buttons and products.
- Open the page check and review contacts, destinations and item order. This preview is private; opening or closing it does not publish the page.
- Select Publish for the first publication. If the page changed or the check expired, refresh the preview and try again.
- Open the public address from the cabinet and check it before sharing it with customers.
Saving does not replace the first publication. If the page is already published, saved changes may become visible to visitors immediately. Disabling the page preserves settings and statistics; enable it again with a separate action when ready.
The address follows the shop address. Copy the link again after changing it. An old address redirects only when public availability permits; the address text is not guaranteed to stay unchanged.
If the page is unavailable
The cabinet shows the reason and available action: the page may be unpublished, disabled by you, restricted by moderation, shop status or mandatory conditions. Visitors receive a neutral unavailable message without internal details. Contact support if the guidance does not resolve the issue.
Statistics
Open the link page’s analytics tab. Today, 7 days and 30 days use the service calendar and timezone shown in the report. Views and clicks are counted only with the visitor’s analytics consent. A click does not confirm a purchase, call or delivered message.
Check the report status:
- Zero means no qualifying events in the available period. No history means data has not yet accumulated or is unavailable; it is not zero.
- Pending or stale data needs a refresh. A pause or gap means collection was incomplete; do not treat that period as a complete record of visits.
- Refreshing and paginating the item list do not add totals again. Republishing does not erase earlier data.
Available history is limited to 90 calendar days. Data updates roughly hourly, without a promise that an event appears immediately. The first click does not determine when history started. These are not unique visitors, CTR or all-time totals. Home and Google Analytics use separate measures and may show different values.
Documents and consent
After the new common edition takes effect, sellers accept the current Seller Agreement and Seller Rules through the existing common action. Seller functions, including Home, remain unavailable until acceptance. You can read the documents, decline acceptance, sign out and contact support. Declining alone does not delete pages, data, statistics or earlier acceptance records.
Seller acceptance does not enable visitor analytics. Visitors choose it separately through the common cookie mechanism for service pages and can reopen cookie settings using the public page link. There is no separate link-page checkbox.
Read the Seller Agreement, Seller Rules, Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy. Document pages provide the current edition and links to exact editions.
