Public shop link

The public link is the storefront address that you can send to a buyer.

Usually the shop address looks like this:

fastyshop.kz/shops/<slug>

slug is the short part of the shop address after /shops/. For example:

fastyshop.kz/shops/my-shop
fastyshop.kz/shops/flowers-almaty

In the cabinet, look for Open storefront, Public link, or Copy public link, if they are available for your shop.

Use Open storefront to see the page as a buyer. Use link copying to send it in a messenger, social network, or directly to a customer.

How to fill in the address part

If the cabinet lets you set the shop address part, use a simple and clear option.

Usually suitable:

  1. lowercase Latin letters;
  2. digits;
  3. hyphen between words.

Do not use:

  1. spaces;
  2. special characters;
  3. long random strings of letters;
  4. details you do not want to show publicly.

A good address is easy to say aloud and send to a buyer.

What happens if you change the address

If address changes are available in the cabinet, make them carefully. After the change, the public shop link changes.

Old links may become inconvenient or outdated. If you have already sent the link to buyers, update it in social networks, messages, and profile descriptions.

A shop may open through a direct link, but this does not mean it will immediately appear in the general FastyShop catalog or in search engines.

Public visibility may depend on:

  1. shop status;
  2. how complete the shop details are;
  3. legal profile and document verification;
  4. platform rules;
  5. indexing settings.

Do not promise buyers that the shop will immediately be found through search. Send the direct link to the people you want to show the storefront to.

What to do if...

Check the shop status and open the storefront from the cabinet through Open storefront.

If the storefront does not open from the cabinet either, check the main shop details and legal profile. If the problem repeats, contact support.

Make sure you sent the new link after changing the address. Check whether the old link remains in social networks, messengers, or profile descriptions.

The address is not saved

Check that the address does not contain spaces, uppercase letters, or special characters. Use lowercase Latin letters, digits, and hyphen.

This is not necessarily an error. A direct link, the platform catalog, and search indexing work by different rules. Check the shop status and storefront settings, then follow the cabinet hints.
