Shop details
Shop details help the buyer understand whose shop this is, what it sells, and how to contact it.
Open the seller cabinet and go to All your shops. It shows the shops you can manage.
What you can do from the shop list
The shop list may include actions to:
- open the shop in the cabinet;
- edit the main details;
- configure the storefront;
- open the public storefront;
- go to delivery and payment settings, if that action exists in the current interface.
If you have several shops, first make sure you opened the right one. Settings from one shop should not accidentally end up in another.
Which details belong to a shop
Check the main fields:
- Shop name - buyers see it.
- Shop category - helps explain the shop's direction.
- Legal profile - shows on whose behalf the shop operates.
- Contact phone - needed for contacting the shop.
- Contact email - needed for communication and clarifications.
- Physical address - needed if the shop format includes a location, pickup point, or local connection.
- Logo - helps the buyer recognize the shop.
- Description - briefly explains what you sell and how the shop is useful.
- Shop status - affects storefront availability.
The legal profile is described in detail in a separate section: Seller profile and legal details. Here it is important only to check that the shop is connected to the correct legal profile.
How status affects the storefront
The shop status may affect whether the storefront opens for buyers and what they see.
If the shop is active, the storefront may open through the public link. If the shop is disabled, the storefront may temporarily close for buyers, but the shop details remain saved in the cabinet.
Sometimes the platform may suspend a shop. In that case, the seller cannot always enable it independently. Follow the hints in the cabinet or contact support.
What to check before showing the shop to buyers
Before sending the link to a buyer, check that:
- the shop name is written without mistakes;
- the contacts are current;
- the legal profile is selected correctly;
- the logo is uploaded, if you want to show it;
- the description is not empty and is clear to the buyer;
- the shop status does not prevent the storefront from opening.
What to do if...
The shop is not shown in the list
Check whether you signed in to the correct account and completed shop creation. Then refresh the page.
If the shop still does not appear, contact support and say that you do not see the shop in All your shops.
You cannot save shop details
Check required fields and the errors shown next to them. The problem is often connected with an empty name, an invalid contact, or an unavailable shop address.
If the error repeats after you fix the details, refresh the page and try again. If the action is still unavailable, contact support.
The shop is disabled
Check the status and hints in the cabinet. If you disabled the shop yourself, enable it again when you are ready to receive buyers.
If the platform suspended the shop, do not create a new shop instead of it without a reason. First clarify the hint or contact support.
You are not sure which legal profile to choose
Do not choose a profile at random. Open the legal profiles section and check which profile matches this shop.
