Tariff page in the cabinet
The tariff page in the cabinet shows which tariff is connected now and how seller limits are used.
In the cabinet, this page opens at /seller/billing. It can also be available from seller settings or from a limit warning.
What is shown on the page
Usually the page has several blocks:
- current tariff;
- period and subscription state, if they are available;
- limit warnings;
- limit groups and current usage;
- Free, Plus, and Personal cards;
- actions for a Plus or Personal request.
If some data did not load, do not conclude that the tariff changed. Refresh the page or try again later.
Current tariff
The current tariff shows which terms apply to your seller account now.
Do not replace this value with an assumption. For example, if you expected Free, but the cabinet shows an error or another tariff, first check the page state and contact support if the problem repeats.
Limits and usage
Limits can be grouped. This helps avoid showing a long technical list.
For example, separate technical limits can be grouped as:
- shops and legal profiles;
- catalog;
- media;
- payment and delivery;
- service features.
In each group, look not only at the limit, but also at current usage. This explains why a warning or block appears.
Warnings
A warning near a limit means that usage is worth checking.
It can mean:
- the limit is almost reached;
- the limit has already been reached;
- usage is above the limit, for example after terms changed or data was moved.
If the warning does not block current work, still do not ignore it. It helps prepare before an action becomes unavailable.
Tariff cards
The page can show Free, Plus, and Personal cards.
The current tariff card helps understand what is already connected. A Plus or Personal card helps send a request if you need a larger amount of features.
A request does not start payment automatically and does not mean instant activation.
What to do if the page did not load
- Refresh the page.
- Check that you are signed in to the seller cabinet.
- Check that the account has a seller profile.
- Try again later if the error looks temporary.
- If the error repeats, contact support and say that the problem is on the tariff page.
Do not create repeated requests only because the page did not show the state on the first attempt.
