Tariff limits
A limit shows how much of a feature is available to a seller on the current tariff.
Limits help FastyShop serve shops of different sizes reliably: a small shop starts for free, and a growing shop can activate a larger amount of features.
Where to check actual usage
Open the /seller/billing page in the cabinet.
There you can see:
- the current tariff;
- limit groups;
- how much has already been used;
- where there are warnings;
- which options are available next.
If you see one number in an article and another number in the cabinet, rely on the cabinet. The interface shows the current state of your seller account.
Main limit groups
Limits can apply to different parts of work:
| Group | What can be limited |
|---|---|
| Shops and legal profiles | How many shops and legal profiles a seller can have. |
| Catalog | How many products, published products, categories, and nesting levels are available. |
| Media | How many photos can be added to a product and how much storage is available. |
| Payment and delivery | How many delivery and payment methods can be enabled. |
| Service features | Analytics level, support level, and other tariff features. |
Some limits are counted across the whole seller account, not separately for each shop. For example, if a seller has several shops, the total limit can include them together.
Examples of public limits
The key Free and Plus limits currently look like this:
| Limit | Free | Plus |
|---|---|---|
| Shops | 1 | 2 |
| Legal profiles | 1 | 2 |
| Published products or services | 30 | 100 |
| Total products or services | 100 | 300 |
| Categories | 10 | 20 |
| Category depth | 2 | 4 |
| Photos per product | 3 | 10 |
| Media storage | 500 MB | 10 GB |
| Delivery methods | 2 | 5 |
| Payment methods | 2 | 5 |
This table helps understand the approximate scale. Do not treat it as a legal promise that limits will never change.
What happens near a limit
If usage is approaching a limit, the cabinet can show a warning. This does not always block work immediately.
The warning helps you:
- check what uses the limit;
- remove unnecessary items if appropriate;
- prepare for Plus or Personal;
- avoid hitting a block at the worst moment.
What happens when a limit is reached
If a limit is reached, a new action can become unavailable.
For example:
- you cannot create another shop;
- you cannot publish a new product above the limit;
- you cannot add more photos;
- you cannot enable more payment or delivery methods.
Existing data usually does not disappear only because of a limit. But new actions that increase the excess can be blocked.
What to do
If you hit a limit:
- open the tariff page in the cabinet;
- check which exact limit was reached;
- see whether you can remove unnecessary data;
- if the limit is needed for growth, request Plus or Personal.
