Available tariffs
In FastyShop, tariffs help choose the right amount of features for a seller. In the current beta period, there are Free, Plus, and Personal.
Free
Free is a free starter tariff.
It is suitable if you:
- launch your first shop;
- check whether FastyShop fits your sales format;
- want to add a small catalog;
- do not need a paid tariff yet.
Free is assigned to the seller by default. You do not need to request it separately.
Plus
Plus is the main paid tariff for a small shop that already needs a larger amount of features.
Plus can be useful if you need:
- more products and categories;
- more photos and media storage;
- more payment and delivery methods;
- more room for shop growth;
- priority support without a promise of a specific response time.
In Kazakhstan, Plus is shown in KZT and can be selected for one of these periods:

Personal
Personal is an individual tariff.
It is suitable if Free and Plus are not enough. For example, you need more shops, more products, more space for photos, or non-standard terms.
Personal is not a public tariff builder. The seller sends a request, and the terms are discussed individually.
What to choose
If you are just starting, stay on Free and check your shop first.
If Free limits start blocking growth, open the tariff page in the cabinet and compare Plus.
If Plus is also not enough, send a Personal request and briefly describe what you need.
What is important to remember
In the current beta period, a paid tariff is not activated instantly. A request means that FastyShop received your interest and needs to process it manually.
FastyShop does not charge money automatically and does not enable recurring payments inside the service.
