Tariff promotions and Founder Plus 2026
A tariff promotion provides special terms for a limited period. Each promotion may have its own prices, dates, capacity, and participation rules.
This article explains practical seller actions. The full binding terms are set by the documents for the specific promotion, the contract, invoice, Seller Offer, and applicable law.
What a tariff promotion is
A promotion price differs from the standard tariff price. It applies only under the rules of a specific promotion and does not change the standard Plus prices.
Viewing a banner or description, opening the page, and selecting a period do not by themselves create a reservation, charge money, or activate the tariff.
Where to check the offer
Open the tariff page in the cabinet. FastyShop shows the offer for your seller profile and checks the price, availability, and eligibility again when you submit an application.
A static article does not confirm current availability. A banner shown earlier also does not guarantee that a place will remain available.
Founder Plus 2026 terms
Founder Plus 2026 is a promotion for one selected Plus period for sellers in Kazakhstan paying in tenge.
- Start: 1 September 2026 at 10:00 Almaty time.
- New applications may be accepted through the end of 31 December 2026 Almaty time.
- Overall limit: 300 places.
- Terms version:

Current availability is determined in the cabinet, not from the date alone.

The effective monthly average is shown for comparison and is not a monthly payment. You pay the price for the full selected period.
The base price is the full price for the period before the usual period discount. The Founder discount replaces the usual period discount and is not combined with it. The current standard Plus price may therefore differ from the base in this table.
If other discounts or special offers are available at the same time, the single best eligible benefit is applied under FastyShop rules. Founder Plus 2026 is not promised to stack with future promo codes or other benefits.
The promotion price applies only to the selected period paid for on time. Unless FastyShop offers separate new terms, the next renewal uses the standard price current at that time.
Who may participate
The offer is available only to seller profiles to which FastyShop shows it.
One seller profile may use the promotion once regardless of the number of stores. Another store under the same profile does not create a new right to the promotion.
You may participate if you already have a paid Plus period. After payment is confirmed, the new period is added after the current one, and your remaining paid time is not forfeited.
Application and reservation
To apply:
- Open the tariff page.
- Review the offer and the exact Founder Plus 2026 terms.
- Select one Plus period.
- Submit an application.
On submission, FastyShop checks the offer, available capacity, and your profile's eligibility again. Only a successful result creates a reservation.
The reservation fixes the selected period, price, terms version, and payment deadline. You have 72 hours to pay. Payment must be made before the deadline shown in the cabinet: a time exactly equal to the deadline is already outside the payment window.
A reservation created before new applications close retains its own deadline. Do not calculate it from the promotion date; use the value shown in the cabinet.
Payment and reconciliation
The contract, invoice, payment, and confirmation are handled manually. The FastyShop interface does not provide online payment for this promotion, automatic charges, or instant activation.
After the payment window closes, FastyShop may take up to 24 hours to reconcile confirmation of a payment made before the deadline. This time does not extend the payment deadline and does not mean that a late payment will be accepted.
Plus is activated or extended only after timely payment is confirmed.
States in the cabinet
- Offer available. The price and place will be checked again when you apply. Select a period, review the terms, and apply.
- No places currently available. The overall limit is currently occupied, but availability may change. Check the tariff page again later.
- Promotion already used. This seller profile already has a confirmed use. Review the current tariff; another store does not provide another right.
- Terms reserved. The period, price, and terms version are fixed until the shown deadline. Follow the contract and invoice instructions and pay before the deadline.
- Checking timely payment. FastyShop is reconciling a payment made before the deadline. Follow the status; the additional 24 hours are not time to pay.
- Reservation expired or cancelled. It is no longer effective. A new application depends on the current offer. Check availability again without expecting a guaranteed place.
- Plus activated under the promotion. Payment is confirmed and the period was activated or added after the current Plus period. Check the current tariff in the cabinet.
- Page loading or error. The current state cannot be confirmed yet. Refresh, try again later, then contact support.
A general unavailable message does not automatically mean that the promotion ended by date or was stopped. Use the state shown in the cabinet.
Confirmed uses and places
If the interface shows a use count, it means only confirmed uses of the promotion. Effective reservations may also consume places within the overall limit of 300.
Do not subtract the shown count from 300: this does not reveal the remaining capacity. If the count is not shown, that also says nothing about the number of uses or current availability.
Refunds and support
Refunds are governed by the applicable terms, contract, invoice, Seller Offer, and law. A refund does not by itself restore a place in the promotion or automatically create a right to participate again.

Do not send passwords, access codes, complete documents, card data, or bank details unless FastyShop separately requests them and provides a secure channel.
