What to do if there is a tariff or limit problem
This article helps quickly understand what to check if a tariff, limit, or request behaves unexpectedly.
You reached a limit
Open /seller/billing and check which exact limit was reached.
Then choose a suitable path:
- remove unnecessary drafts, photos, categories, or settings if they are no longer needed;
- check whether the action can be performed without increasing the limit;
- if the limit is needed for growth, request Plus or Personal;
- do not create workaround data elsewhere if it breaks the meaning of the limit.
Existing data usually is not deleted only because of a limit. But new actions above the limit can be unavailable.
You are close to a limit
A warning about approaching a limit is an early signal.
Check:
- what uses the limit;
- which actions you plan next;
- whether Plus or Personal is needed before the next catalog expansion;
- whether unnecessary temporary entries remain.
It is better to sort this out in advance than to hit a block when publishing a product or creating a setting.
The action button is unavailable because of a limit
If a button is unavailable, read the text next to the error or warning.
Most often you need to:
- open the tariff page;
- understand which limit blocks the action;
- reduce usage or request another tariff;
- repeat the action after the terms change.
Do not refresh the page many times in a row hoping to bypass the limit. If the limit is reached, refreshing will not change the available amount.
Tariff or limits did not load
If the tariff page shows an error:
- refresh the page;
- check the internet connection;
- sign out and sign in again if the session may have expired;
- try again later;
- contact support if the error repeats.
Do not assume that you have Free or Plus until the cabinet shows the actual current tariff.
A request was already sent recently
FastyShop can limit repeated requests to avoid duplicates.
If you already sent a request:
- wait for a response;
- check the selected contact method;
- do not send identical requests one after another;
- if you made a mistake in the data, contact support and explain what needs to be corrected.
You want to change the Plus period
If the request has not been processed yet, contact FastyShop and clarify which period you want to choose.
If the tariff is already connected, check whether the cabinet has an action for changing the period. If there is no such action, do not consider the period changed automatically.
Market or country is unavailable
Tariff documentation currently describes Kazakhstan and KZT.
If the interface shows that the selected market is unavailable, it is not a price error. It means tariffs for this market are not available to the seller yet.
Do not send a request if the interface explicitly shows that the price or market is unavailable. First choose an available market or contact support.
Why the price is shown in KZT
FastyShop currently shows tariffs for Kazakhstan in tenge.
If you expect another currency, check the selected market on the public pricing page or in the cabinet. Do not treat a price in another currency as active if the interface does not show it.
