Common seller issues
This section helps you quickly choose the issue, complete the first safe checks, and move to a detailed instruction.
It does not replace the topic-specific documentation sections. If you need to understand the topic in more detail, open the detailed article for account, cabinet, shop, catalog, orders, payment, delivery, legal details, or tariffs.
How to use this section
- Choose the situation that is closest to your issue.
- Go through the short checklist on the page.
- Open the detailed instructions from the links.
- If the issue repeats, prepare safe details for support.
Do not send anyone your password, sign-in or recovery codes, bank details, full documents, or unnecessary buyer personal data.

Where to start if the issue is unclear
If you are not sure which topic the issue belongs to, first check that:
- you are signed in to the correct account;
- the correct shop is open;
- the cabinet page has been refreshed;
- filters or search are not too narrow;
- changes were saved;
- you are viewing the public storefront as a buyer and the cabinet as a seller.
If the issue is that you got lost in the cabinet, open What to do if you cannot find a section.
