Use this page if you cannot create, save, or publish a category or product.

When to use this page

It fits if:

1. a category is not saved;
2. a product stays as a draft;
3. a product is not published;
4. an image, price, discount, or stock looks wrong;
5. a product is visible in the cabinet, but not visible to the buyer.

Check this first

1. Correct shop is open. Categories and products belong to a specific shop.
2. Required fields. Check name, category, price, stock, image, and category fields if they are required.
3. Status. Make sure the category and product are not archived and are ready for publication.
4. Images. Wait for image processing, refresh the page, and check whether the main photo uploaded.
5. Price and discount. Check that the discount is not greater than the price and that the final price looks as expected.

Do not create extra product duplicates only because of a saving error. First check whether the draft was saved.

If the product is not visible to the buyer, go through How to check a product on the storefront.

If the product is created but looks weak or causes buyer questions, open Product cards. This article helps improve photos, title, description, price, and stock.

If the saving error repeats, write down:

1. what you tried to save;
2. in which shop;
3. the error text, if there is one;
4. which fields were filled in;
5. whether the error repeats after refreshing the page.

When to contact support

Contact support if:

1. required fields are filled in, but the product or category is not saved;
2. the cabinet shows an error without a clear explanation;
3. the image does not upload after another attempt;
4. a published product is not visible after checking the shop, category, and card.

Do not send personal documents, bank details, or buyer personal data to support. For a product, the shop name, product or category name, error text, and a safe screenshot are usually enough.
