Payments, delivery, legal details, and tariffs
This page brings together issues that are often split between several sections: payment terms, delivery, legal details, document check, tariff, and limits.
When to use this page
It fits if:
- the buyer does not see a payment or delivery method;
- the payment method is incompatible with the selected delivery;
- payment or delivery instructions are incorrect;
- the document check status is unclear;
- the public trust mark is not shown;
- an action is unavailable because of a tariff or limit.
Check this first
- Payment and delivery. Make sure the shop has at least one enabled delivery or pickup method and at least one payment method.
- Compatibility. Check whether the payment method is compatible with the selected delivery.
- Instructions. Check that buyer instructions are clear and do not promise online payment inside FastyShop if a manual method is used.
- Legal profile. Make sure the shop is linked to the correct legal profile.
- Document check. Open the check status and read the hints in the cabinet.
- Tariff and limits. Check the current tariff, used limits, and warnings.
Do not try to bypass a limit by creating duplicates or workaround data. If an action is restricted by a tariff, first understand which specific limit blocks it.
If this did not help
Use the local troubleshooting pages:
- What to do if there is a payment or delivery problem
- What to do if there is a tariff or limit problem
If the issue is with legal details, first check the topic instructions. The public Seller documents verified mark means seller documents were checked, but it does not guarantee product quality, delivery, or order fulfillment.

When to contact support
Contact support if:
- payment or delivery settings are not saved after checking required fields;
- the document check status is unclear and the cabinet does not show the next action;
- the trust mark is not shown after checking the legal profile and document status;
- tariff or limits did not load after refreshing the page and signing in again;
- a tariff request was sent with incorrect details.
Do not send full documents or bank details by email without a separate protected process. For a first message, it is usually enough to describe where the issue appeared, which shop is open, and which error text you see.
