Platform, cabinet, and storefront

FastyShop has several parts. They are used for different tasks, so sometimes you will move between them.

Platform​

The platform is the public part of FastyShop.

Here buyers find shops, open storefronts, and go to products. The current target address of the platform is fastyshop.kz.

Cabinet​

The cabinet is a personal workspace for working with FastyShop.

The seller uses the cabinet to manage the shop, products, and orders. The buyer uses the cabinet for purchases and account details. The current target address of the cabinet is cabinet.fastyshop.kz.

Storefront​

The storefront is the public page of a specific shop.

On the storefront, the buyer sees shop information, categories, and products. For the seller, the storefront is the result of shop setup: this is what the buyer will see.

Help center​

The help center is the section with instructions and answers.

How to understand where you are​

If you are setting up a shop or viewing orders, you are in the cabinet.

If you are looking at the shop as a buyer, you are on the storefront.

If you are reading an explanation or instruction, you are in the help center.

If you are opening public FastyShop pages, you are on the platform.
